Salon: A Co-Creation Workshop Experience with Berkshire Art Center
We’re so excited to visit Berkshire Art Center’s Citizens’ Hall in Stockbridge for the first time! One of our goals with Salon is to bring community together, all different kinds of community, in different places, in different times, but with the same intention: to create in a way that challenges expectation, that challenges preconception, that challenges our learned biases. Seeing Rainbow’s Salons are not what you might think, if you’ve participated in something called “salon” before. Salon is different every time. Come prepared to create, to share, but most of all, to listen.
Queer Art Party
join us for the third (ignore the numbering system, we just decided that IV looked cooler than III) QUEER ART PARTY!
these are semi-private gatherings, so a firm RSVP is required.
we encourage folx to come prepared to share a performance of any type, be it music, theatre, dance, stand-up, plate balancing, hulaing, or whatever other talents you feel up to sharing — should the moment present itself.
if you have questions, please contact us at info@seeingrainbows.org.

Salon: An Outdoor Co-Creation Experience with Seeing Rainbows + BNRC
We've partnered with BNRC to bring the magic of salon to their beautiful trails at Housatonic Flats. No two convenings of salon are the same, and each space contributes its own unique energy to the process. Salon is one part workshop, one part community hangout, one part transcendent spiritual experience, one part performance. Come ready to share, to develop, to grow, and above al to listen.
Bring your transportable creative work in progress (mindful that we will be in an outdoor space). Writing, journaling, photography, sketching, knitting, crocheting, portable musical instruments, theater, dance. Folx of all identities, backgrounds, skill levels, and experience are encouraged to participate.
Seeing Rainbows x BNRC Beginner Birding Hike
Come out into the wild with Seeing Rainbows and Berkshire Natural Resources Council for a beginner birding hike led by BNRC Volunteer and Outreach Manager, Charlotte Hood. We'll meet at the Basin Pond Reserve trailhead in Becket bright and early at 8:30am on Saturday, August 10. Cis allies are welcome to join. For rideshare information, contact info@seeingrainbows.org.

Salon: An Evening Co-Creation Workshop Experience
We’re thrilled to be invited back to present our spin on Salon at The Foundry once more. Salon is hard to describe if you haven't participated before, and it’s different every time. Whether one person shows up, or one hundred, there is a creative energy that flows through the space, intemperate and malleable. Salon is one part workshop, one part community hangout, one part transcendent spiritual experience, one part performance. Salon is about possibilities, not expecations. Come prepared to create, to share, but most of all, to listen.
